rayography

Rayography is photography without a negative: the object lies on the photographic paper as that is exposed to light. This produces a very different image than a negative would. The technique is named after dada artist Man Ray, whose inquiring mind resembles cepezed's. We look at technique in a fresh manner, that is, always from the intended result. And we ask ourselves which steps could possibly be skipped, or whether technique could be used for something quite different from what it was intended.
