On April 6, the National Renovation Platform (NRP) streams a live talkshow with the winners of the Golden Phoenix 2020. cepezed won this prize for reuse of the existing environment in the category transformation. From Pakhuis de Zwijger, partner Ronald Schleurholts talks about Park Hoog Oostduin and what makes this project special.
Chairman of the NRP Bart Krol is the moderator. Besides Ronald Schleurholts, he will also speak with Mendel Robbers about the area development of De Nieuwe Stad and Paul Verhoeven about the renovation of Museum de Lakenhal. Jury chairman Geurt van Randeraat and jury member Marlon Huysmans are also in attendance.

Park Hoog Oostduin concerns the transformation of the former Shell office at the Oostduinlaan in The Hague into a modern apartment complex. The aim was a balanced ensemble for high-quality living in the park, with plenty of light, air and views. The transformation was realized in intensive cooperation with the various parties involved.
