The cepezed-designed luxury apartment complex Park Hoog Oostduin in The Hague has been nominated in the Housing category of the ArchDaily 2021 Building of the Year Awards!
striking metamorphosis
The conversion of a former Shell office from the 1960’s into a light and pleasant living environment in a green setting has attracted a lot of attention and appreciation since its completion. It is widely published and has previously been nominated as Best Real Estate Project of The Hague and for the National Steel Award. Moreover, within the transformations category, it also won the Gulden Feniks 2020 of the National Renovation Platform. With its scale, special typology and unusual technical solutions, the project represents a striking metamorphosis.
worldwide audience
ArchDaily is one of the most visited international architecture websites, with a global reach of over fourteen million readers. The platform regularly organizes thematic architecture competitions, including for 3D visualisations and drawings. The readers always determine the ultimate winners. In 2018, the cepezed project Van Spaendonck Enterprise House was already nominated for the ArchDaily Refurbishment in Architecture Award.
