cepezed partner Ronald Schleurholts will speak on the Prefabbeurs webinar 'Speed with standardization under the QAA' on Tuesday 23 March. This addresses the role of precast construction in complying with the new Quality Assurance Act (QAA).
The QAA will enter into force on January 1, 2022, at the same time as the Environment and Planning Act, with the aim of better implementation and fewer defects. It includes stricter supervision and more liability for builders.
Designing and building with modular prefabricated elements significantly increases the quality of construction and also enables faster construction. Prefab is therefore an important key to both the objectives of the QAA and the builder's risk reduction.
