On Tuesday November 12th, Spryg Real Estate Academy will organize the seminar Circular Real Estate Development ’19 in collaboration with cepezed. The event will take place in Building C in the cepezed office building. Following the event, a visit to Building D(emountable) will take place as well. This circular example project is currently under construction on cepezed’s own premises and will be entirely demountable.
During the seminar, developers and clients will use the most resourceful example projects, to discuss the ambitions, business case and process. In addition, various experts will provide practical, financial, procedural and legal guidelines.
The speakers’ program includes cepezedprojects director Menno Rubbens and cepezed partner and architect Ronald Schleurholts. Rubbens co-developed the circular Temporary Courthouse in Amsterdam designed by cepezed. Schleurholts designed, among other projects, the circular pavilion The Green House in Utrecht. By featuring Building D(emountable), they will discuss the benefits of fast interaction between development and design power, the business case, dealing with demounting and experiences with circular development.
The day will end with a networking drink. The entire program and registration form can be found on the Spryg website.
