The Green House scores with its circular ideas from concept to the smallest detail.
The pavilion designed by cepezed was awarded the special jury prize 'Architecture & circular economy' at the Global Galvanizing Awards.
The prize has been awarded after careful consideration of 36 international projects submitted by 13 global associations for the galvanisation industry. The Green House drew the attention of the judges mainly by the ability of the hot dip galvanized steel to be disassembled and reassembled without damaging the coating. The dedication to the principles of circular economy and the precise use of the qualities of steel for planned reuse or reconfiguration threw the jury to the fore.
The award ceremony will take place on June 19 at the Intergalva 2018 conference in Berlin.
