Perfect alignment
The result was a transparent construction with exactly the same height as the building opposite. In spite of the two ‘extra’ levels, the design fitted in remarkably well with the rather closed surrounding buildings.
A five-metre wide atrium with a transparent roof divides the building lengthwise and provides a generous amount of daylight. The ‘floating islands’ in the central hall function as a social meeting place. Because the offices can be arranged entirely freely, they are attractive for a many IT companies.
