Britt Hagebeek, hr-medewerker 

Britt started her career at cepezed as a secretary. Here, Britt got to know many people within the organisation well. The connections she gained here are something she applies in her position as a Human Resources employee, which she was promoted to in 2022.

Britt likes the fact that her work, from personnel administration to recruitment and selection, offers a versatility she can fill in herself. For instance, Britt is the welcoming face for new employees and helps them get familiar with cepezed. ‘Because I can take the elaborate background tasks and acting as an enquiry point out of Martine's hands, she has more time for the strategic improvement of operations’ Britt says. Although the ladies are a very solid team and Britt likes to think along in making cepezed one step better every time.

Britt feels and appreciates the passion that cepezed employees have for their profession. After all, according to Britt, this makes ‘there is a professional and striving, but especially an approachable and friendly atmosphere’. Britt likes the fact that her position in HR gives her visibility of how colleagues are doing and that she can contribute to this in a positive way.
