Charlotte has worked at cepezedinterieur since 2024. She mixes her open and welcoming attitude with a passion for handmade craft and makeability.
Charlotte began her studies in 2008 with the MBO courses Interior Consultancy and Furniture Making. She complemented these with the HBO Interior Architect and Furniture Designer at the KABK in Interior Design, the premaster and the Master of Architecture at the Academy of Architecture, which she completed in 2023.
During her graduation project, Charlotte designed an experimental new housing complex in Rotterdam, where she particularly incorporated the aspects of adaptability, collectivity, diversity and environmental orientation. In her design, she paid a lot of attention to an adaptable and life-cycle-proof layout and demountable structures, which she complemented with a botanical plan based on the existing flora and fauna.
Alongside her studies, Charlotte worked at Bilt, Mas architecture, Bokkers van der Veen, liag architecten en bouwmeesters, JDWA and mattone bouwmeesters. She brings this broad experience to cepezed with great enthusiasm. Charlotte appreciates the special amount of attention to sustainability at cepezed and cepezedinterieur. In addition, she agrees with the recognition that 'the co-operation with interior is an essential part of a successful design'.
