Florien developed her solution-oriented approach during her work in the notarial profession, where she gained 26 years of experience before joining cepezed. At cepezed, Florien ensures that the entire process runs smoothly, from maintenance work on completed projects to contact with suppliers. 'This gives me a lot of energy; the appreciation I get for it makes my job meaningful.'
What appeals to her about cepezed is the way colleagues communicate with each other. 'At cepezed, you are allowed to be yourself.'
