Ilse de Zeeuw, secretary
Ilse has been working at cepezed since 2023. At the front office, she is the first contact for visitors and looks after the front office details with kindness and precision.
Before Ilse started at cepezed, she worked as a receptionist and office assistant at Heembouw Kantoren for seven years and at Hilti Nederland for 3 years. She is therefore familiar with the construction world and immediately felt at home at cepezed because of the modern, free and creative atmosphere. It appeals to her that colleagues are there for each other – 'cepezed has a collaborative mentality'.
Ilse likes working in the front office because of the variety of tasks and because she learns new things, such as how to use AFAS. She also appreciates the office because of its architecture: 'It's a great building, modern, with lots of light and a nice combination of old and new'. Outside her work, Ilse enjoys painting, making clothes, reading, watching films and cycling or walking in the open air.
