Jeffrey Taekema, projectleider
Jeffrey has worked at cepezedbouwteam since 2023. He complements his connecting talent with great organisational skills. He is result-oriented and expresses this with a friendly appearance.
Jeffrey obtained an MBO degree in architecture, which he complemented with a part-time HBO degree in construction project management. In addition, Jeffrey worked as a structural engineer at MVSA Architects and as a structural engineer/bim coordinator at Benthem Crouwel Architects.
He also gained experience as a project coordinator for renovation and new construction projects at construction consultancy Alphaplan. Simultaneously, he completed his graduation research, where, as delegated contractor, he researched a circular housing project. This fits enormously with the ambitions of cepezed and cepezedbouwteam. After graduating, Jeffrey joined cepezedbouwteam as a jr. project leader. He brings his architectural knowledge and experience in project management to realise diverse projects.
Jeffrey is convinced of the need to be aware of the impact, which the builder and architect have on the environment and our surroundings. In practice, he and his colleagues apply materials to their full potential. 'This is how timeless, environmentally friendly and pleasant buildings can be realised' says Jeffrey.
He values the fact that, through close contact with the client in the execution, he can work purposefully towards the desired results. In this, he and cepezedbouwteam let the core values of cepezed (in)visibly recur in every connection. In the expansion of Hukseflux, already designed in 2011, he clearly sees this reflected.
