Mark studied architecture at Delft University of Technology. His graduation project, a multifunctional entertainment venue in Venlo, received an honourable mention from the Archiprix and was published in the Architectural Annual. Besides his work as an architect, he completed the two-year part-time furniture manufacturing course at the Hout- en Meubileringscollege Rotterdam between 2012 and 2014.
Mark is driven by the desire to understand how things work. What cepezedinterior and he have found each other in is a passion for inventing smart integral solutions.
For many projects, Mark is responsible for the permanent interior. He also works on furnitecture solutions. His commitment is characterised by enthusiasm, creativity, responsibility and an eye for detail.
One of the projects where this is reflected is the Temporary Amsterdam Court, where a whole range of fixed furniture, counters and court arrangements were developed within a range of specialised functional and technical requirements. On an even larger scale but with similar complex requirements, Mark is working on the built-in package and interior of Schiphol's new A-pier. From design to implementation of the loose and fixed fittings, Mark coordinates intensively with users, builders and manufacturers.
